Happy Birthday, Dr. Seuss!

We did several fun things today to celebrate the great author, Dr. Seuss! After reading Green Eggs and Ham, we made them together! We had many hesitant but brave friends try them and agree they were delicious despite their green color!

We also made oobleck by combining water and corn starch. We decided water was a liquid and the corn starch was a powder. When we combined the two it created a solid but when we touched it, the oobleck melted back into a liquid!
